using the reflection to create form

using the reflection read the class properties and depents on those values generate html form(contains selectbox,textbox..so on) and send that code to client. or using the reflection read the class properties and depents on those values generate json data and send that code to client and via javascript build in form. and using this method buil a web page. do u think that it is appropriate.or what is thebest way create a web page completly dynamic and flexable. Is Enterprise application use this method. thanks
