Insert Identity without changing edmx properties in designer or entity class

with refrence of Identity Insert while publishing record in production database

I need a work around to insert Identity column when targeting publish/production database but not want to insert in local/UAT database.

I don't want to change Identity column from DatabaseGeneratedOption.Identity to DatabaseGeneratedOption.None
