Is this possible to modify a constructor in java by reflection?

By some reason, I need to hook some classes in Google Play Service without Xposed in my own app, I need to modify or replace the constructor of Latlng.

It seems that the dynamical proxy is similar but it can not be used for constructor, so is there any other ways to achieve this?
