Finding File destination of a file located in the project by code

what I would like to do is to get the path of a file that is located in my c# project.

say I have the following file in the following location. C:\Users\User\Desktop\x\x\Views\PRICE_LISTS\BrowsePriceLists.cs

is it possible I get the location by using the file name/ File Type with reflection or something?
