how to convert java code into uml class diagram (xml) using reflection in java

i want to convert java code/java package into class diagram using reflection .I create xml file open with staruml software.I successfully created class diagram. But i want to show inheritance /generalization in between classes. I am not understand how to create this code because same ids can be used in multiple times & also head(parent class id) and tail(child class id) ids is used.
