iis pool crash during warm up because of too many incoming request

Hi I use large scale application and host in iis 7.5,after deployment my wake up process started and I use reflection and assembly load. During this period there are too many request and my application pool get down and recyle.

If there is no request or less request there is no problem.

I cant understand root cause because of my code or something in iis worker process.

Is there any choice to wait request in iis until warm up finish ,

And how can I debug root cause ,I took crash dump but no compatible code running message I only got.Process down and Pool recyle automatically and event log I got only pool recyle message
