Reading TestCategoryAttribute value from dll using reflection

I want to read TestCategoryAttribute from a precompiled dll and based on the TestCategoryValue I would want to load TestMethods. I have been unable to achieve that can anybody tell me if that's possible if yes then with a simple code illustration can you explain me how it can be achieved.
