Inspect .java file for field and annotation [on hold]

I want to automatically create some files based on some other .java files. For example, if I have a simple model written in java, I want to automatically create the .jsp files for create, update, delete tasks.

Is there any tool/API to inspect .java file without compiling them to .class file?
