missing method exception from dynamic assembly

I just spent a few hours on this issue:

I Generate an assembly using the .Net reflection API. From this generated assembly, I invoke a method which is NOT virtual

At runtime, I get a "Missing method exception: ?" exception.

Following the existing answers on stackoverflow, I tried to find old versions of my generated assembly, cleanup my GAC...
