How to get network Info for Android Dual SIM devices?

Is there an API which can provide me; with a high degree of accuracy; 2 separate streams of information from the Telephone Manager; for a Dual SIM device? In other words; the current public api under the telephone manager; does not distinguish/tell me that the information being sent belongs to which SIM slot; 1 or 2.

So in essence; I am looking for the mcc,mnc,oerator name, operator country and other network KPI's; each for SIM 1 and SIM 2. I have read in various forums that this might be achievable through " Java Reflection". If yes, then please do provide some more info regarding this.
