Create dynamic attribute on class at runtime

I have looked up at the internet but there was no concrete solution on how to solve my problem. There are different suggestions on how to do that. But now I would like to ask, what the easiest/most efficient way is to dynamically create Attributes on class-level at runtime via Reflection?
