С#: How to convert object to custom type?

Hello!

I have object request :

ActivityBasicRequest request = GetRequest(a, b, c); 

I have custom type:

Type typeInput = Type.GetType($"{activityNamespace}.{classParamName}");

I have to convert request to Type typeInput

How can I do that?
