Deserialize a file with only methods

I need to serialize/deserialize a Java file containing only methods calls into a JSON file. I don't know if it's possible. I looked for it and I found mention of the Reflection API.

It's the first time I'm looking into JSON and would like to kno if it's possible and if i'm on the right path.
