Get System.RuntimeType for System.Type if type is loaded?

Is there a way to get a Type that is a RuntimeType from a regular reflection Type (assuming the type is loaded, or force it to be loaded if not?)

Context: trying to use the library provided with This thing, but it requires instances of RuntimeType. I'm reflecting on my own assembly, so it will already be loaded :-).
