I have a class name as a String how can I get a reference of that class?

Hi All I have a class name as a String how can I get a reference of that class? for eg: String className="abc.xyz" I need something like className s1=(className)something.

I am already using reflection for the same to get the className but the className am getting it as a String.

Appreciate if someone can help me on this.
