Read Complete Java Class Implementation

I want to access the Method Definition of a Java Class.

I tried using Reflections but through that I am just able invoke methods of a particular class but not able to read them. Is there any way to do so as *I have a requirement to read all the implementations of a class and to save those Objects which matches the particular implementation condition.
