Custom log format java

I need to write all logs in the application in the custom format.

Example: "[serverTime=2017-07-14 12:17:47.842] [id=1] [userName=test] [userRole=admin] [userJson] = {\"salary\":\"10\"}\""

I do not know how to implement.
